Payout Manager is a financial tracking tool for Fanvue agencies. You pay via the Fanvue App Store. We provide the service as-is and are not liable for financial decisions you make using it. You own your data and can delete it anytime.
By accessing or using Payout Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vladyslav Svitelskyi ("Operator", "we", "us").

The Service is available via the Fanvue App Store and is accessible at payoutmanager.app/tracker.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Payout Manager, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your agency.
All payments for Payout Manager are processed exclusively through the Fanvue App Store. We do not accept payment through any other processor, platform, or method for the paid functionality of this app.
Payout Manager connects to Fanvue via OAuth. By connecting your Fanvue account, you authorise us to access your earnings data and transaction history as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time via Fanvue's third-party app settings.

Payout Manager displays financial information based on data synced from Fanvue and entries you create manually. While we strive for accuracy:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if Fanvue removes or suspends our API access. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it via Settings.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the EU member state in which the Operator is resident.
